Programs

One progression, five starting points

Each program lists the ages it suits, the skills it teaches, how long a lesson runs and where a swimmer goes next. Compare them side by side, then pick a class time.

Progression is based on individual readiness, not age alone. Age ranges are a guide — placement always follows the skill checklist, and swimmers can move up mid-block the moment they are ready.

FAQ

Everything parents and adult learners ask

Still unsure? Send us the question and we will answer it honestly, even when the answer is that another school is the better fit.

Policies

Clear rules, written down

No surprises at the pool gate. These are the policies every family agrees to at enrolment.

Enrolment and payment

Places are confirmed once the session block is paid in full. Blocks may be paid in two instalments on request, and sibling enrolments in the same block receive a reduced rate.

Cancellations and make-up lessons

Every enrolment includes two make-up credits per block, bookable into any class with an open space at the same level. Withdrawals more than seven days before the first lesson are refunded in full.

Weather and facility closures

If we close the pool for weather, plant failure or a contamination clean, the lesson is rescheduled at no cost and every affected family is notified by email and text the same day.

Swim diaper and health policies

Swimmers who are not reliably toilet trained wear a snug reusable swim diaper under their suit. Please stay home for 48 hours after any stomach illness, and tell your instructor about seizures, allergies or tubes before entering the water.

Photography and privacy

We never photograph swimmers without written consent from a parent or guardian, and consent can be withdrawn at any time. Personal details are used only to run lessons and are never sold or shared.

Behaviour, safety expectations and waiver

Swimmers walk on deck, enter only when the instructor invites them, and stay within their teaching zone. A signed participation waiver is required before the first lesson and covers the full session block.
